Our programs provide opportunities for children aged 5 to 18 to participate in football and cheerleading. Whether you are just starting or looking to enhance your skills, our programs offer a supportive and engaging environment for all participants. The program runs from March to June and features a non-contact, 5-on-5 format for children aged 5 to 18. Teams are organized into age divisions: U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, and U19. Participants compete in a league against other teams from across the Lower Mainland. Registration opens in February.
Practices
Starting in March, practices are twice a week on designated evenings at 6 PM for up to 2 hours.
Games
The games start in April, featuring weekend jamboree-style tournaments that last 2-3 hours on Saturdays, and some on Sundays. Each team will play 4 consecutive, 25-minute games. The season wraps up in June with the Provincial Flag Championships.
We are a volunteer-based community cheer program dedicated to fostering a positive spirit while supporting our players and the community. Our primary goal is to learn cheer chants and level 1 cheer stunts and tumbling, showcasing our skills and enthusiasm. We offer cheerleading opportunities for individuals aged 5 to 18. Registration opens in May.

Starting in July, practices are twice a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6 PM for up to 2 hours.
Game Day & Competition
Starting in September, over Labor Day weekend, the squad will cheer and engage the crowd at football games every weekend. The season wraps up in November with a cheerleading competition.

The program runs from early July to November and is a contact sport for children aged 8 to 15. Teams are organized into age divisions: Atom (U10), Peewee (U12), Junior Bantam (U14), and Bantam (U16). Participants compete in a league against other teams from across the Lower Mainland. Registration opens in May.

To help players develop their skills and ensure safety in tackle football, practices start in July. They will be held twice a week on designated evenings at 6 PM for up to 2 hours. Additional practices may occur on Saturday mornings, depending on the coach's discretion.
